Samba Backlit

Samba Backlit has a natural textile look and is No. 1 for backlit frames thanks to its best value for money.

The material has a maximum print width of 494 cm in one piece and is therefore suitable for the largest frames. This polyester fabric has a weight of 195 gr/m2.

200% full color print

UV printing technology is used for this material. Samba Backlit is provided with a 200% full color print for strong colors in backlit applications.

Disadvantage of a UV print? Due to the double layer of ink, the material has a temporary, strong odor.

Most common applications

Samba Backlit is mainly used for an illuminated message in an LED frame. Because the material is dirt- and water-repellent, it can be used both indoors and outdoors for short periods of time.

When you use this material outdoors, the expected lifespan is one year. UV light and weather conditions, among others, affect the lifespan. In indoor applications, the material will last for years.

Lotus Effect

Samba has the lotus effect: dirt and water do not stick, but roll off the surface. As a result, the material can take a beating and can be used temporarily outdoors.

Finishing options

With this material, you can choose two different finishing options: clean-cut and flat tendon. This material is mainly used for LED frames. Then you can only choose from a flat tendon.
