Description
Dibond® XL has the same quality as Dibond®, but is suitable for large formats. Dibond®, also called aluminum panel, is a sandwich panel with three different layers. This panel material is lightweight, yet very sturdy thanks to the special combination of aluminum with a black plastic core.
You order sheets up to 400 x 196 cm in one piece. This way you avoid divisions and your result is even more beautiful! We print the XL variant on Dibond® budget. This budget variant is inexpensive and available in 3 mm. We print directly on the plate.
Weatherproof
Due to the composition of the material, Dibond® is weatherproof and thus suitable for outdoor use. The material has a low expansion rate. Where other materials can work due to high humidity, Dibond® does not warp.
Most common applications
The most common applications for Dibond® XL are facade signs, billboards and construction signs. The material is weather resistant so you can use it for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Mounting tips
Make sure you prepare the assembly properly. Dibond® XL often involves large, heavy sheets that you can't easily assemble on your own. Good to know: Dibond® can expand slightly. To make it easier to position and move the sheet material, we recommend that you keep the drill holes wider.
