Dibond Butler Finish

 Dibond® Butler Finish is a sandwich panel with a top layer of stylish brushed aluminum. This provides a unique look to the material. It consists of two layers of aluminum with a hard, black plastic core.

This material weighs 3.5 kg per m2 and is only available with a thickness of 3 mm. The maximum one-piece print width is 146 x 301 cm.

Unique, industrial look

The top layer of this material is gray brushed and offers a unique look compared to a white panel. You have the option of choosing between a vertical or horizontal brushing direction.

Through the print, the texture of the material remains visible. This gives your design a unique, industrial look. This is the only product is our range with this unique look.

Most common applications

Dibond® Butler Finish is suitable for outdoor applications, as the material is weather resistant. In addition, you can also use it in public areas because it is fire retardant.

The most common applications for Dibond® Butler Finish are wall signs, billboards, milled letters, panels, wall circles, hexagons and construction signs.

Mounting tips

Dibond® Butler Finish is lightweight and therefore easy to mount on facades and flat walls. You can choose from different hanging systems: spacers, blind hanging system or hanging plates. You can also attach Dibond® with screws or sealant.

Good to know: Dibond® Butler Finish can expand slightly. We recommend that you keep the drill holes slightly wider to make it easier to position and move the sheet material.
