Better processing on labeling machines
Do you or your customer use the labels for their own labeling machine? Then die-cutting is very interesting. The difference between lasering and die-cutting? With lasering, we burn the edges of the labels: glue residue can then cause a small accumulation of the edges. This is not a problem if you glue by hand; machines, on the other hand, can get stuck. With die-cutting, you don't have this. For processing, we use a custom-made die-cutter. The contour is punched out under air pressure. No accumulation occurs in this process.
High quality through the Durst TAU 330
The stickers are printed on our Durst TAU 330. The print is well protected from UV light and will not fade easily. In addition, the ink dries and hardens quickly making it weatherproof. Good to know: the inks of this printer are glossy. So even a print on a matte paper is glossy, unprinted parts will retain a matte look.
Choose your material
You can choose from the materials self-adhesive matte paper, glossy paper, white foil or transparent foil. We deliver the labels on rolls and die-cut them kisscut, i.e. through the sticker to the backing. Read here more about the roller wrap.
