Description
You can choose from the certified Trespa® or HPL (High Pressure Laminate) panels. Trespa® is the best-known manufacturer of HPL panels. The difference between the two? Trespa® panels are supplied blank, HPL panels are provided with film. The construction of both types of panels is the same and provides a water-resistant panel that requires no maintenance.
We offer this material with a thickness of 6 mm. For HPL panels, the maximum panel size is 133 x 350 cm in one piece. For Trespa® this is 153 x 305 cm.
Indestructible sheet material
If you're going for (almost) indestructible, then you'll be fine with these boards. It takes an extreme force or point load to damage or break the top layer. The material is highly vandal resistant.
Most common applications
Trespa® and HPL panels are most commonly used as a facade sign, billboard or sports field sign. Because the material is vandal resistant, weather resistant, fire retardant and UV resistant, it can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Extend lifespan
You can easily and economically extend the life of HPL boards by choosing double-sided printing. Because the board is coated on both sides, the chances of the board warping are reduced. In addition, you limit the influence of other external factors.
Mounting tips
The sheets are heavier than our other sheet materials. Keep this in mind when mounting the boards. You can either screw or glue these boards together. When screwing, make sure the drill holes are slightly wider to prevent warping.
